About the Dispatch Executive Role

Dispatch Coordination:
- Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatches in coordination with production and warehouse teams.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to customers.
Documentation and Records:
- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and tracking information.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained for audits and compliance purposes.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee stock levels to ensure adequate inventory for dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock effectively.
Logistics and Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with logistics partners and vendors to organize transportation and resolve delivery issues.
- Track shipments and ensure smooth delivery to end locations.
Customer Communication:
- Update customers on dispatch schedules, delays, and expected delivery timelines.
- Handle customer inquiries related to dispatch and delivery status.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in dispatch or logistics.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dispatch operations and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in dispatch management software or ERP systems.
