Job Overview
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring smooth
machine operations, quality output, and adherence to process standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Analyze machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain documents, reports, and production logs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to reduce defects.
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Injection / Blow / Extrusion molding processes.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing concepts.
- Good technical and machine handling skills.
- Quality awareness and process discipline.
